FeatureWrite a screenplay in the format the industry reads. In a Screenplay project the page takes on the layout of film scripts, on screen and in the PDF alike: one page is one minute. The Tab key moves from one block to the next, action, character, dialogue, parenthetical, transition, and a scene heading is composed from three choices, interior or exterior, one of your locations, the time, instead of being typed by hand.
FeatureYour screenplay also reads as a shooting plan. The Breakdown tab reads the script and pulls out every scene, its set, the characters present and its length in eighths of a page, on strips like a production's. Group them by set to prepare shooting days. Seven new sheets, props, wardrobe, vehicles, extras, special effects, equipment, stunts, join the characters and locations.
FeatureA screenplay travels in the Final Draft and Fountain formats. It also exports to Word and PDF with the format's exact margins, and the preview before export already shows it as it will print.
Bug FixA refused save no longer locks your sheet. When a sheet could no longer be saved because the server held a different version, every attempt was refused and your text stayed on screen without ever being saved. Saving now recovers on its own after a lost response, and if the block persists, a "Save anyway" button lets you decide.

Bug FixThe site stays in English when you are reading it in English. The footer links and the button that opens your projects used to drop you back into French on the very first click. They now keep you in the language you picked, page after page.
FeatureYour readers can comment on the very paragraph in front of them. Highlighting a sentence in a published text brings up a button to comment on it, and every paragraph that already has comments carries a marker in the margin: open it to read the discussion and reply. The passage being discussed is quoted above the thread, so nobody has to guess what it refers to.
ImprovementA published text can be browsed with the arrow keys. Left and right move to the previous or next chapter without you looking away from the page. The chapter menu now shows full titles, and a button beside the reading settings tells you how many comments are waiting at the foot of the chapter and takes you there.
ImprovementPublished texts now open in a typeface meant for long reading. No more setting the font and size before you start: it is comfortable from the first page, and your own settings still win if you change them. The author's name now comes with their portrait and leads to their profile.

FeatureShut yourself in with your text for as long as you decide. From 1 to 180 minutes: you confirm, everything else clears off the screen, and all that is left is your text, its toolbars, the right panel and moving from one sheet to the next. There is no way back before the end, not by reloading the page, not by switching computers. The time left shows above your text, and everything reopens on its own once it runs out.
FeatureWriting earns you AI credits, and your feedback earns a free month. At 500, 1,000, 2,000 words and on up to 64,000, credits land in your account without you asking: your saved words count together, across every book. And honest feedback on Extypis, warm or harsh, earns you a month of Premium once it has been read.
ImprovementTwo entries can no longer share a name without you knowing. If the name or variant you give a character, place or object is already taken elsewhere, Extypis tells you by whom and in which book before saving. You can change the name, or keep it knowing what it means.
ImprovementYour cover is written on the image, and comes out that way. The title and your name are typed straight onto the cover, where a reader will see them. Word, ePub, LaTeX and the web page carry that whole cover at real book proportions, with no title repeated underneath.
ImprovementThe Community button now opens the published texts themselves. You land on the shelf of other authors' books instead of a presentation page, and a slot waits there for you to offer your own.
FeatureAttach your documents straight to an entry. Location photos, the floor plan of a manor, a portrait of a character, a press clipping, notes as PDF: drop them on the entry itself, whatever its fields and template. They follow it everywhere, from one volume of a series to the next, and never clutter your project files.

FeatureYour characters and places carry over from one volume to the next. Gather the books of one story under a series title and their world entries become shared. A character created in book one is called with an @ in book eleven, links to other entries there, and is edited from any volume because it is the same entry. Each entry names the volume it was born in, and every book keeps its own manuscript, cover and exports.
FeatureYour whole world in a single list. An "All entries" view opens your characters, places, objects and events in one go, grouped by category. Search at the top, and you find an entry without remembering where you filed it.
Bug FixSaving a whole project to your computer, and opening it again, works once more. For a few days, backing a project up in full and restoring it did nothing. A project restored this way also keeps its footnote markers, citations, entry mentions and highlights, which used to be lost along the way.
ImprovementThe public library reads like a shelf. Books appear at real cover proportions, and those without one get a cover composed from their title. Genre pages now show only the books of the genre you asked for.
Bug FixText pasted from elsewhere takes on your manuscript's formatting. It used to arrive with its original font, size and colours; only bold and italics are kept now. Pasting into a scene no longer empties the one beside it.

FeatureA source can live in several collections. The same document, link or image can now be filed in as many collections as you like, and shows up in each of them.
FeaturePick several sources at once and act on them together. Drag a rectangle around the ones you want, or tick them one by one, then file, save or delete the lot in one go.
Bug FixA collection emptied of its sources no longer disappears. It waits for you, empty, until you fill it again or delete it yourself.
ImprovementThe library's search and filters stay within reach as you scroll a long list: they fold into the left panel instead of scrolling away. The import area stays visible at the bottom.
