No fake numbers
Every count on this site is real or absent. When there are twelve of us, the page says twelve.
No bots, no bought readers
The readers who comment on your chapters were invited by a writer, or found the story on their own.
Your text is yours
Publishing changes nothing about your rights. Your writing is never used to train a model, and you can export it any day, in PDF, DOCX, EPUB or Markdown.

Take a story down and its page is gone. Your manuscript stays exactly where it was.

Is publishing free?
Publishing a story and receiving comments are part of the free plan. The paid plans add AI credits and higher limits for writing, not for being read.
Who can read what I publish?
Anyone with the link. A listed story also appears in the library and in search engines. An unlisted one opens only for people who have its link.
Can I publish one chapter without exposing the whole project?
Yes. Publishing works chapter by chapter, and only the chapters you mark as finished are shown. Your notes, character files and drafts stay private.
Can I take a story down?
At any time, from the editor. The public page disappears; nothing changes in your manuscript.
Who owns the rights?
You do, entirely. Publishing on Extypis grants us no rights on your text, and it is never used to train a model.
