Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) delivers static content and handles DNS resolution. Technical data passing through Cloudflare may be processed outside the EU; Cloudflare is Data Privacy Framework certified and offers standard contractual clauses that provide protection equivalent to the GDPR.

- Name and visual identity : The Extypis name, logo and interface are protected by copyright and by commercial use. (No INPI trademark filing to date.)
- Source code : Owned by the publisher, except where stated otherwise (open source dependencies).
- Documentation and help content : Protected by copyright.
What belongs to you
- Your writing : You keep every copyright in what you create.
- Privacy : Your content is private by default.
- Export : You can take your work out at any time in standard formats (DOCX, PDF, EPUB, HTML, Markdown).
- Deletion : Your right to erasure is guaranteed (GDPR art. 17).
5. Liability
What we commit to, and where our liability stops.

- Availability : The service runs continuously, on a best-effort basis, with no contractual service level.
- Security : Passwords are hashed (bcrypt) and connections encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
- Backups : The database is backed up automatically through Neon (point-in-time recovery).
- Support : Email support, in French and English.
Limitations
- Service provided as is : No absolute guarantee of availability.
- Force majeure : We are released from liability in exceptional circumstances (outage at a technical subcontractor, cyberattack, and the like).
- Your responsibility : You alone are responsible for the content you create and publish.
- Indirect damages : Not recoverable.
